With a bench-mark for having handled consultancy projects for clients like Danone, his interest spills over other areas such as healthcare and retail. His language abilities in English, Dutch and Hindi equip him to handle varied projects and clients.

As Director of NexusNovus he is responsible for business development, marketing, PR, finance and project execution. After a management reshuffle in early 2012 he was able to fast-track the company and managed to grow company profit by 200%. His PR initiatives resulted in numerous articles in for example the Dutch Financial Times and Sprout. In addition he initiated the Netherlands India Business Platform to stimulate positive interactions between the two business communities resulting in the largest private India related event the “Vibrant India Day” in late 2012, attracting many requests for a follow-up later in 2013.
After taking over from his predecessor he was single handedly able to increase the client account retention rate to a 100% during the entire 2012-2013 period showing a knack for customer commitment expected from the number one consultancy firm for Dutch SMEs wishing to enter the Indian market. His vision for the future is to establish the “Holland House”, a Serviced Offices concept for Dutch firms who venture beyond the traditional consultancy services and want the trademark NexusNovus India Business Support services to manage their business while they focus on their core activities.

At L’Oreal she has successfully worked on brands like Vichy, L’Oreal Professional and Garnier. Her responsibilities included marketing, research, media, sales, branding, PR, launches, promotions, strategizing, forecasting, reporting. At Unilever she worked on the brand Aviance wherein she handled all the responsibilities to develop its business through marketing and promotions. Her responsibility also included product development and growth. Hence she has a wide experience in the field of skincare, haircare, hair colour and cosmetics.
At NexusNovus she handles the Consultancy and India Business Support services along with marketing for the group of companies. She has a team of people reporting to her from various departments – finance, accounting, admin, marketing, consultancy. Her role is to envision and successfully execute strategies, project management and develop the company’s corporate identity. She is in-charge of on-time quality delivery and is the client interface of the company. She ensures that the company is moving in the right direction and is responsible for its growth. She has an eye for detail and understands the Indian markets quite well. She has the ability to implement a wide range of strategies to develop new markets or products for business excellence. She is adept at brand building and maintaining relations. She is an effective communicator with keen understanding of the market conditions. She has good language skills in English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi and French.
